Wristband check-in & check-out

Every child is signed in by a parent and released only to the authorized pickup person named on their registration form. No exceptions, not even for grandma, unless she's on the list.

Certified adult lead, always

Every member of our team is background checked, and an insured, certified adult leads every single event. Our junior team members assist with games and crafts, but care ratios never depend on anyone under 18.

Posted caregiver ratios

Staffing is set by age group before your date, with tighter ratios for toddlers and preschoolers. Headcounts are capped per package so no child is ever lost in a crowd.

No one-on-one isolated care

Children are always cared for in open, visible group settings with at least two team members present. Bathroom trips follow a documented two-person policy.

Allergy & medical registration

Parent forms collect allergies, medical notes, and emergency contacts two weeks before your event. Nothing is served to any child without written parent approval.

Emergency-ready on site

Red Cross babysitting and first aid training, a stocked first aid kit, a written emergency plan, and a venue safety walkthrough before the first child arrives.

Is this a licensed daycare?
No, and on purpose. We are an on-site event childcare service hired by the wedding host for a private event, not a childcare facility. Care happens at your venue, during your event, with parents on the property. We follow documented safety systems, carry insurance, and are happy to walk any parent or venue through exactly how we operate.
Who is actually watching my child?
A certified, background-checked adult leads every event, supported by our trained family team, including a Red Cross certified caregiver. You'll know exactly who is on your event team before the wedding day, by name.
What if my child has allergies or special needs?
Your registration form covers allergies, medical notes, sensory needs, and anything else we should know. Nothing is served or done without your written approval, and our quiet corner is designed for children who need a calmer space.
Can kids just drop in during the reception?
We care for registered children only. That's how we guarantee safe staffing ratios and know every child, their allergies, and their pickup person by name. Hosts can add children to the registration list up to 14 days before the event.
How far do you travel?
We serve Pensacola, Pace, Gulf Breeze, Perdido Key, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Destin, and 30A. Travel within 30 miles of Pensacola is included; beyond that, a simple travel fee is added to your quote.
What happens if a child gets upset or won't settle?
First, the calm-down corner and a caring adult. If a little one needs their parent, we come find you quietly and discreetly. You are always the final word on your child, and you can check in anytime.
What does it cost?
Packages start at $650, and every quote is flat-rate and customized to your headcount, hours, and venue. You will never get a surprise bill, and you will never do hourly babysitting math on your wedding day.
